Do you accept checks or cash payments?

No, a credit card is required to book a cabin rental. 

Do you allow pets?

Each cabin has its own pet policy. Please visit the individual cabin pages to see if it allows pets or not. If the cabin is pet friendly we allow up to 2 pets to stay and an additional $25 pet fee per pet will be charged to your reservation for each night of your stay.  If a cabin has a no pet policy that has not be complied with, an additional pet cleaning fee will be billed to you. 

When are the check in and check out times?

Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am.

Can I check in early? Or check out late?

No, unfortunately we must ahead to our standard check in and check out times due to the cleaning efforts we maintain between guests. Additional fees may apply if these times are violated. 

How do I check into the cabin?

Detailed instructions will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

Will daily housekeeping services be available?

No, we do not provide daily housekeeping. Cabins are cleaned prior to each guest arrival. 

Are there grocery stores in the area?

Yes, Pruits and Walmart both offer groceries.

What kind of items come with my stay in the cabin?

Cabins are fully furnished and stocked prior to your arrival. Items that come included with your stay include linens, towels, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc. 

Will my GPS & cell phone work in Broken Bow?

GPS systems and cellular service will often not work in the rural areas around Broken Bow. Directions to your cabin will be emailed to you prior to your visit. Please make sure to print these before to your trip to avoid any GPS or cellular service issues. 

What if I have a special request?
